The FinTech Innovation Lab is a global accelerator co-founded in 2010 by the Partnership Fund for New York City and Accenture, now running annual cohorts in New York, London and Hong Kong. It connects early- and growth-stage fintech and insurtech companies with senior executives from more than 140 partner financial institutions over a 12-week program, matching each company with mentors who help refine its value proposition and test product-market fit. Cohorts are selected directly by the participating financial institutions, which commit resources and mentorship because they are already interested in a company’s product. The program culminates in Demo Day, where companies present their progress to financial institution executives and investors. Participation carries no fee and takes no equity, and companies have historically ranged from Seed to Series B stage. Alumni across the three regions have raised more than $6.6 billion in venture financing since the program’s founding. FinTech Innovation Lab New York ranks 32nd on the 2026 TIME and Statista list of America’s Best Incubators and Accelerators.
